agh. It’s time for something new.

As many of you know, I have been doing Jenny Craig for quite a while. Well recently I realized that I can no longer stand eating the same foods over and over again. It is too limiting for me, and it doesn’t help that I’m a pretty picky eater.  So I decided to quit doing their program, and I am planning on going to Weight Watchers. I think that program will work much better for me. If anyone else is doing Weight Watchers I’d appreciate any opinions or thoughts about it!

Hopefully I will begin losing weight again soon!

28 pounds down :]

Hey guys!

Sorry it’s been a while since I’ve written. So the holidays have come and gone, but unfortunately my weight didn’t. Still at 21o pounds, but I intend do start dieting again full speed ahead! I’ve finally accomplished losing 28 pounds! By mid-february I would like to be down to 200! This sounded pretty reasonable, and I have a party to go to, so I figured that would be a great goal! Keep me updated with all of your progresses, I am always inspired to hear of people losing weight!

23 pounds down :]

So for the last few weeks I had been at 217. Which was kind of a bummer, but I didn’t have any intention

on giving up. Luckily when I got weighed sunday, it was 215! So that was very exciting. My current goal right

now, is to get down to 200 by the end of the year. That is my halfway mark! I’m so excited. Hopefully

with all of the encouragement, and a lot of hard work, I will be able to accomplish that!

21 pounds down :]

So I’ve been on jenny craig for 2 months and 3 weeks, and so far I have lost 21 pounds, and my goal is 80 pounds, So I am officially 1/4 of the way there!!! I am so excited! I currently weigh 217 pounds, which may sound like a lot still, but I haven’t been this weight in a few years! So I am really happy. I rewarded myself by buying a hoodie from American Eagle, and I told myself that once I get to the halfway mark, I’m going to get myself a whole new outfit! So I hope  I am really on the right track now!

DOWN 18 POUNDS :)

So when i joined Jenny Craig a few months ago, I was at 238 pounds(eeks!) which is the heaviest I’ve ever weighed.

Well I went in there yesterday to get weighed, and I currently weigh 220 pounds! So that is 18 pounds in like 2 months.

I am so excited! My average weight before I gained a lot of weight last summer was actually 225 pounds, so even from that I have

still lost an additional 5 pounds :] I’m so glad I called Jenny ;)

Now lets hope my weight loss continues to be this fantastic!

Back to where I started.

The first time I came on this site 5 months ago I weighed 225 pounds.

Then unfortunately I didn’t try that hard to lose weight, and I got up to 238 pounds in 1.5 months.

It was then that I realized that I needed to do something.

So I joined Jenny Craig, and I have been doing it for 1.25 months now, and I have got back down to 225 :]

That is 13 pounds in a month and a week!

I’m so excited! So from here on out I will feel super good about the weight I lose!

I just really wanted to share that with everyone, and if you are looking for a great weight loss program i recommend Jenny Craig!

The 13 pounds I have recently lost, is the most weight I have lost in my entire life.

My birthday!!

Hey everyone. I just had my birthday a few days ago,

and I basically pigged out for like 3 days. =/

and its definitely showing. :(

I guess I’m going to have to work super hard this week to counteract

all the extra fat intake. So It’s going to be very hard!

Oh and btw, before I started pigging out, I had lost nine pounds in 2 weeks

with jenny craig! :D

So that was amazing news, and I think it might be the most weight I have ever lost in my life.

So yeah..

Hey everyone. Just thought I’d let everyone know that yesterday I joined Jenny Craig,

and hopefully it will help me a lot!

So it’s summertime..

I figure now that I am out of school, I have a LOT more time, that I can dedicate to getting healthier!

Maybe I can start taking walks, and riding my bike. Just some activities to keep me moving.

I might also try and cut back on the junk/fast food, that I love so much.

I think it will probably be really hard, but as they say, it takes 30 days to break a habit,

and thats exactly what I am going to do!

Also, if you live anywhere in Saint Louis, let me know. I’m always looking for workout buddies to keep me accountable! :D

Slim shots??

So my mom bought me these things called “slim shots”

which look like coffee creamers, except they taste bitter.

They are supposed to make me feel fuller and make me not eat so much etc.

I will be taking them for a month to try them out.

Does anybody else use slim shots?

Or any other dietary supplement that you would recommend?

Please let me know!

I’ll keep track of my success with them!
